Return to Top All goods ordered from Kwilkyn Jewellery are supplied in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions:    Delivery Information     Packaging and postage within the UK:   Orders mailed to destinations within the UK will have a postage charge of just £2.50 regardless of value. Orders with a value of £50 or higher are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery – these will require a signature upon receipt.   Packaging and postage outside the UK: Orders destined for addresses outside the United Kingdom will incur extra postal charges to reflect the increased cost of reliable delivery. Inside the EU  - orders will have a packaging and postage charge of £3.50 regardless of value. Rest of the World  - orders will have a packaging and postage charge of £4.00 regardless of value. Dispatch of Goods Our aim is to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Sometimes, however, one or more of the items you have requested may not be available at the time of ordering. In this event, we shall ship those items that are available and separately post the missing item(s) when they become available - you will not be charged for any additional postage. If the delay is greater than 10 working days from the original shipment date we shall offer you the option of a refund of the cost of the missing items. Customers should note that due to the variable nature of internet browsers and monitors, the colours of items on our website may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colouring as we want to make sure that all customers will be delighted with their items.                                                                                        Returns & Refunds  At Kwilkyn Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, when your purchase arrives, it is damaged or is otherwise unsatisfactory, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. Please let us know of damage or other problem immediately - you may exchange any items for goods of the same value or for a full refund of the cost of the product. We can only accept returns of an item within 30 days of the date you received it and, except in the case of a fault in manufacture, only in its original packaging and unused. Returned items must be securely packaged for posting and should be accompanied by a note which includes the original invoice number, your reason for return and whether you would like replacement or refund. We advise that you return items using Recorded Delivery or similar as we cannot take responsibity for items that are not delivered to us.   Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept return of earrings unless they are faulty. We are always happy to help in any way that we can and feedback, both positive and negative, is very important to us. Our aim is always to have a happy customer. At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you, via email, of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.   Due to the manufacturing processes of our suppliers we are unable to guarantee colour continuity on repeated orders.  Due to the nature of products used when making our jewellery, there is always a possibility of variation in the exact shape of an item when an order is repeated. We also draw your attention to the note, above, about the effect of internet browsers and monitors on the apparent colour of an item.
